EnSafe specializes in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating within the U.S.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Accounting Department, which fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now. </li><li>Review and verify timesheet records and approvals. </li><li>Process special payments such as bonuses. </li><li>Assist with payroll audits and year-end processes. </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations. </li><li>Collaborate with HR on payroll-related matters. </li><li>Maintain and update employee payroll records and files. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Two plus years of relevant payroll accounting experience </li><li>Microsoft Office experience. </li><li>Diligence, accuracy, and confidentiality. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with administration and clients. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically, and with integrity in identifying problems. </li><li>Possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and be deadline driven. </li></ul> <p>Ideally, you will also have…</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ADP Workforce Now. </li></ul> <p>About EnSafe</p> <p>EnSafe began as a two-person firm in 1980, navigating complex regulatory compliance issues on behalf of our clients.
