You will exhibit a high level of dependability and passion, embodying our core values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Partnership, and Customer Focus.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a liaison for contracted services performing outsourced operations and/or testing, ensuring all work meets specifications and is completed without disrupting ongoing operations. </li><li>Lead the preventive maintenance (PM) program within the CMMS system, ensuring timely scheduling and completion of required tasks to maintain regulatory and operational compliance. </li><li>Work collaboratively with contracted services and internal construction and engineering teams to support project objectives and ensure smooth coordination throughout all phases of the project. </li><li>Work with technicians to solve system operations and ensure accurate compliance documentation is maintained in coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). </li><li>Review of equipment configuration and distribution routing of systems relative to functionality, egress, ease of maintenance requirements, constructability, alignment with P&ID's, etc. </li><li>Support engineering and construction efforts by validating technical calculations, reviewing and approving equipment and component submittals in coordination with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) staff, and performing field quality assurance during construction. </li><li>Support system commissioning and maintain accurate operational forecasting by inputting system data into software. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>AAS or AS Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, related field of study, or equivalent military experience. </li><li>2+ years of fire suppression system experience. NICET Leve III certification or the ability to obtain NICET Level III certification in Water-Based Systems Layout. </li><li>2+ years working with IFC codes, NFPA codes/standards and requirements governing fire suppression systems </li><li>3+ years of coordination experience on fire suppression systems and with Compliance Engine software for documentation. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>BA or BAS Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, related field of study, or equivalent military experience. </li><li>5+ years of fire suppression system experience.
