To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our strategy site.</p> <p>Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery?consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.</p> <p>The Project:</p> <p>Mace, as part of MPA delivery partner joint venture of Mace-Parsons-Arcadis, have been selected as the Gateway Development Commissions partners of choice to support the GDC across the Gateway Program in New York, inclusive of the Hudson Tunnel Project.</p> <p>The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. A milestone project supported by the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the project is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.</p> <p>Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:</p> <ul> <li>Safety First - Going Home Safe and Well. </li><li>Client Focus - Deliver on Our Promise. </li><li>Integrity - Always Do the Right Thing. </li><li>Create Opportunity - For Our People to Excel. </li></ul> <p>You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Defining and delivering IM strategies, standards (ink ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. </li><li>Establishing and managing the project/programme IM function following the strategy, standards and processes set. </li><li>Training project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes and drives awareness and continuous improvement. </li><li>Managing the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts are submitted and stored. </li><li>Line managing, coaching and supporting the IM team working on the project, as direct and indirect reports. </li><li>Contributing to global Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies. </li><li>Contributing to bids in terms of IM strategies and solutions. </li><li>Contributing to the set-up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE). </li><li>Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. </li></ul> <p>You'll Need To Have:</p> <ul> <li>Naming, numbering, filing conventions, ISO19650. </li><li>Information Management experience across a number of projects and programmes. Information architecture. </li><li>User of PowerBI. </li><li>Big project and programme experience in IM and document control. Helping to set up of the document control and IM function, running the process. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, CDE management. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication. </li><li>Effective negotiator. Used to working with stakeholders at all levels. Disciplined in running IM processes. </li><li>Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers. Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, SharePoint, etc. </li><li>User Revit and Solibri. Model Assurance. </li><li>Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness. Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. </li><li>Technical qualifications and certifications (oe equivalent) such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers. </li><li>Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc. </li><li>ISO 19650 certification. </li></ul> <p>The estimated starting salary for this position is $100,000 - $135,000.
