<p>HR Operations Manager</p> <p>Deceuninck North America is seeking a HR Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have career experiences leading an HR Operations (talent recruiting, generalist, employee relations, stakeholder support) to support multiple manufacturing locations. The HR Operations Manager develops and deploys the initiatives to ensure an optimized and employee-centered workplace culture. This position reports to the Vice President Human Resources.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Directs, organizes, plans, and develops the implementation and administration of human resources functions and carries out policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activities for Deceuninck North America (DNA). </li><li>Directly manages a team of HR Generalists, Recruiters, and Training & Development associates to achieve desired business results. Partners with the HR Systems & Benefits Manager, as appropriate, to meet business objectives. </li><li>Oversees activities relating to personnel rules and regulations, staffing, management development, labor relations, affirmative action, workers compensation administration, benefits administration, and salary administration. </li><li>Collaboratively help establish departmental metrics and KPIs in alignment with the organization's strategy. </li><li>Manage and enhance the organization's performance management process, including training, talent development, and succession planning. </li><li>Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of employment and governmental reporting requirements related to EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and other related laws throughout the U.S. to help minimize company exposure. </li><li>Oversees talent acquisition and onboarding activities to ensure timely recruitment and retention of high caliber talent in alignment with business specifications. </li><li>Provides business partner support to senior leadership team members and ensures HR generalists partner effectively with other site leaders. </li><li>Develops and implements procedures to improve workplace culture, reduce absenteeism and increase retention. </li><li>Manages the budget of human resources operations and take opportunities to optimize cost. </li><li>Manages, plans, coordinates, and executes multiple human resources projects, programs, and activities to improve HR processes and services. Oversees multiple projects to achieve project objectives on time, within cost, and ensuring quality. </li><li>Conducts risk assessments of strategic, technical, financial, or business nature arising as a result of employee relations issues or affecting human capital strategy. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Seven (7)+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing industry with 500+ employees with multi-state work scope, preferably industrial manufacturing. </li><li>Experience providing business partner support to senior leadership team across all business functions. </li><li>Demonstrated success leading projects and process improvement initiatives. </li><li>Success development, implementing and leading culture improvement and employee engagement initiatives. </li><li>Working experience with HRIS Systems, Paycor is a differentiator. </li><li>Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and development, and employee relations. </li><li>Working knowledge of employment and governmental reporting requirements related to EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and other related laws throughout the U.S; specifically for Ohio and Nevada. </li><li>Functionally advanced computer skills, to include: Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and Excel. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to function well in highly ambiguous situations. </li><li>Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to travel domestically up to 25% (support Fernley, NV facility). </li><li>Must be have US work authorization without need for sponsorship at any time during the course of employment. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development required. MBA is a differentiator. </li><li>SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification is highly desired. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>100% onsite in Monroe, OH. </li><li>Limited relocation assistance available for well-qualified candidates. </li><li>No agency solicitations, please. </li></ul>
