Engages with other senior leadership team members regarding the implementation and ongoing administration of sales compensation plans. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee compensation plan strategy, design, policy, and governance for residential sales compensation. </li><li>Analyze sales data and external market trends to make informed decisions to deliver market leading sales comp plan design. </li><li>Design effective KPI's and Performance measures to evaluate plan design effectiveness and impact on sales behaviors. </li><li>Monitor and adjust sales compensation plans based on external market analysis, sales performance, and business need. </li><li>Partner with functional stakeholders to deliver innovative compensation products and thought leadership to the organization, including supporting compensation product deployment, training and adoption. </li><li>Consult with senior leaders to design and maintain effective sales compensation solutions that align to business strategies. </li><li>Provide direction, coaching, and development for compensation team members. </li><li>Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. </li><li>Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
