<p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Citadel's Zucker Family School of Education invites applicants for an adjunct faculty position in the Division of Literacy Education to be filled for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. The selected applicant will teach courses in the Zucker School's master's level program, leading to South Carolina certification in ESOL, Read to Succeed Endorsement, and literacy coaching license.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>An earned doctorate from an accredited university in language and literacy education, or a related field; demonstrated success as a P-16 teacher; ability to use and model technology as an instructional tool in online teaching especially; and commitment to diversity and preparing literacy leaders to work in diverse school environments.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Teaching skills that employ a variety of instructional strategies in both face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments, previous experience teaching at the under/graduate levels, and experience in the development of courses and academic programs.</p> <p>Please contact Dr. Britnie Kane by phone at: 843-953-6309, or by email at: kaneb2@citadel.edu for any questions or further info.</p>
