We are seeking a Key Accounts Specialist to join ou Institutional Client Services Team. The Key Account Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing service delivery for Institutional Clients, with a focus on large and mid-tier Asset Managers and Asset Owners. Acting as an advocate for both Broadridge and the client, you will maintain high levels of engagement to build and sustain strong, positive relationships. You will lead stewardship conversations, resolve complex client issues, and drive satisfaction by aligning Broadridge solutions with clients' goals in compliance, efficiency, and governance</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Client Partnership & Advocacy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key institutional clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a deep understanding of client stewardship models, compliance needs, and operational priorities to proactively identify opportunities for added value.</p> </li></ul> <p>Strategic Business Reviews</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan and lead strategic account reviews and executive-level discussions.</p> </li><li> <p>Incorporate contractual insights, business growth opportunities, and value-based recommendations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Client Change & Transition Management</p> <ul> <li>Partner with clients and cross-functional Broadridge teams to manage transitions or implement changes in services, processes, and deliverables. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication & Influence</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from peers to senior executives. </li><li>Translate complex operational, compliance, and stewardship requirements into actionable business solutions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>4+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related financial services role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of project, change, and contract management processes. </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. </li><li>Proven collaboration and influencing skills across teams and levels. </li><li>Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financial concepts. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and adapt effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments. </li></ul> <p>Why Broadridge?</p> <p>At Broadridge, you'll be part of a team that delivers innovative solutions supporting the world's financial markets.
