Our mission as a company is to improve the lives of people through high-quality care.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify, attract, engage and onboard physicians and advanced practice providers. </li><li>Source providers through targeted campaigns, presence at industry and networking events and your industry network. </li><li>Track candidate activity through our ATS system. </li><li>Conduct preliminary applicant screening conversations, and schedule interviews as appropriate with market and physician leaders. </li><li>Coordinating with other stakeholders and other market leaders to provide updates on recruiting process, industry trends, and market analysis etc. </li><li>Manage the new hire onboarding process such as credentialing, checking references, and other misc. task to ensure a quick and efficient new hire experience. </li><li>Ability to periodically travel. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of direct experience in affiliate Provider Recruiting </li><li>Proven track record of successfully sourcing advanced practitioners and other medical professionals. </li><li>Excellence in oral, written and presentation communication skills </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Knowledge of immigration visas is a plus but not required. </li><li>Bachelor Required (Masters preferred) </li></ul> <p>This position can be based near Nashville, TN, or Phoenix, AZ, Beaumont, TX or Massacusetts</p> <p>About Revere Medical:</p> <p>At Revere Medical we promise to provide care you can trust, outcomes you deserve, and a future you can count on.
