<p>WEST PALM BEACH (355 Hiatt Drive)</p> <p>Move Manager</p> <p>TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Lexington KY</p> <p>The Move Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance, crew development, and damage prevention. This role focuses on coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership. This is a field-based role with occasional office work required.</p> <p>Starting pay: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.</p> <p>Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a drug-free work place.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments </li><li>Lead by example in communication, performance, attitude, attendance, and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivation </li><li>Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand </li><li>Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or assist with these processes </li><li>Complete various dispatch duties, including: performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork audits </li><li>Assist with coordinating and directing fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner </li><li>Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines </li><li>Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs </li><li>Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement </li><li>Assist with customer concerns and damage resolution processes as necessary </li><li>Responsible for being an "on-call" emergency contact outside of normal business hours </li></ul> <p>Who We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop and direct people, be accountable, and hustle </li><li>Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action </li><li>Strong decision-making ability </li><li>Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values </li><li>Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook. </li></ul> <p>This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in West Palm Beach, FL.
