Description</p> <p>Prep Cook Job Description</p> <p>Wage: $16-18/hour</p> <p>Shift: 30-39 hours per week. Hours can vary per events schedule. Then this job may be a perfect fit for you!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work as a part of a team whose goal is to prepare and cook food for the Harvest Restaurant. </li><li>Assure that the quality and quality of the food is up to the set standards. </li><li>Personal workspace cleanliness and organization are a must to work this position at this level. </li><li>Working with co-workers and encouraging them to do the same. </li><li>Stay busy at all times, help others and/or ask for additional tasks. </li><li>Realize the whole operation when completing individual tasks. </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Kitchen experience is essential. </li><li>Previous prep cook experience is a plus but not a must. </li><li>Good knife skills. </li><li>A willing and helpful attitude. </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Willing to continue education of food while on the job. </li><li>Pass a background check. </li><li>Be at least 16 years old. </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
