<ul> <li>Reporting Structure: Reports to Marketing Director and Director of Operations </li><li>Hours per week: 33-40 hours weekly in a mixture of catering operations and other restaurant operations </li><li>The Catering Manager must have availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed to support orders at those times </li><li>The Catering Manager is an action-oriented and organized individual who enjoys high pressure and fast paced situations; preparing, assembling and delivering catered food to our guests </li><li>Ensure all catering orders are fulfilled accurately and on-time </li><li>Receive and enter catering orders into the register </li><li>Complete setup and preparation for each order; boxes, utensils, sauces, etc </li><li>Assemble trays of nuggets, chicken strips, etc. </li><li>Drive delivery orders </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized operations area </li><li>Assist in logging catering orders for future follow-ups and repeat orders </li><li>Notify the marketing director of any issues with orders and/or guests </li><li>Implement systems and processes to improve the catering fulfillment process </li><li>Partner with other restaurant leaders and food prep team members to create daily and weekly plans to execute upcoming orders </li><li>Serve in restaurant positions, performing work such as: </li><li>Serving customers </li><li>Cashier </li><li>Fulfilling orders </li><li>Assembling boxes of nuggets and strips </li><li>Assembling sandwiches </li><li>Cooking and serving Waffle Potato Fries </li><li>Breading chicken </li><li>Cleaning </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
