As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans. </li><li>Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships. </li><li>Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments. </li><li>Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills, including: nutritional guidance, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and relationship development, personal care and hygiene, medication administration </li><li>Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs. </li><li>Skilled in monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress clearly and professionally. </li><li>A natural role model with a positive, caring demeanor and a strong sense of teamwork. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High school diploma or GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
