Now we are seeking a Director who is:</p> <ul> <li>Ambitious and career-driven </li><li>Business-minded and operationally sharp to run and operate a competitive business </li><li>Exceptionally well-spoken and professional </li><li>Competitive by nature </li><li>Relentlessly committed to learning and growth </li><li>Capable of building strong culture and strong people </li></ul> <p>The Outcomes This Leader Must Produce</p> <p>A Fully Staffed, High-Performing School</p> <ul> <li>Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations </li><li>Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural) </li><li>Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported </li><li>Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards </li><li>Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations) </li><li>Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files </li></ul> <p>This role requires comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability.</p> <p>Faculty Satisfaction & Culture Strength</p> <ul> <li>Produce faculty satisfaction through meaningful check-ins </li><li>Ensure teachers are keeping promises in the classroom </li><li>Ensure policies are followed </li><li>Lead leadership team members around their career growth, mood, and performance </li><li>Build a culture where: </li><li>Standards are upheld </li><li>People attend events </li><li>Dissatisfactions are addressed appropriately (no gossip) </li><li>Coaching is welcomed </li><li>Teams coordinate and cooperate effectively </li></ul> <p>Parent Partnership & Retention</p> <ul> <li>Onboard new families to produce exceptional first impressions </li><li>Lead New Student Orientations </li><li>Protect and strengthen parent satisfaction </li><li>Deliver on promises related to education (Student Development Journey) and community experiences </li><li>Communicate clearly during sensitive situations </li><li>Produce regular check-ins with families </li></ul> <p>Financial & Operational Discipline</p> <ul> <li>Manage school expenses within budget </li><li>Lead monthly and bi-monthly financial assessments </li><li>Produce under-budget or at-budget outcomes </li><li>Ensure payroll verification is completed on time </li></ul> <p>Regulatory & Accreditation Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Maintain full compliance with State, Federal, EEC, SEA, and Cognia standards </li><li>Manage licensing renewals and LEAD portal requirements </li><li>Ensure faculty and child files remain compliant at all times </li><li>Produce outcomes required for relicensing </li><li>Protect accreditation status </li></ul> <p>The Leader We Are Looking For</p> <p>You must be:</p> <ul> <li>Highly competitive </li><li>Deeply committed to learning </li><li>Comfortable being measured by outcomes </li><li>Capable of leading 40+ faculty members </li><li>Able to manage threats, obligations, and opportunities </li><li>Business-minded and operationally sharp </li><li>Ready to build a culture where others advance in their careers </li></ul> <p>You will lead a Leadership Team and must ensure they:</p> <ul> <li>Align with mission and strategy </li><li>Are capable or in development plans </li><li>Are in appropriate moods to fulfill their promises </li><li>Make continuous improvements </li></ul> <p>Business Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>AI Capable </li><li>JotForms </li><li>SmartSheet </li></ul>
