Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond?</p> <p>The Aftermarket Supply Chain is seeking a principal specialist to manage sourcing activities for the PW800 | PW1500 | PW1900 regional engine programs. This position will report to the Associate Director of 17/24K GTF Aftermarket Sourcing.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Become versed in the repair market needs to ensure the repair network has the capacity and ability to perform repairs specific to the GTF engines parts.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with the engineering community to be aware of the failure modes and performance of the various engine modules. In depth analysis into capability and capacity requirements to support these modules will remain a key focus during the early years of the product lifecycles.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in all aspects of sourcing GTF engine part repairs and other repair-related services.</p> </li><li> <p>Development and execution of all sourcing activities using standard work, negotiating agreements, and analyzing proposals with the goal of obtaining the best overall service value for Pratt & Whitney and our MRO Partnership network. Following source selection, the selected candidate will lead LTA negotiation and execution as well as post-contract vendor management and supplier performance reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>This role is considered highly visible and will require frequent interactions with Sr. Leadership across Pratt & Whitney and the Network members.</p> </li><li> <p>Will communicate frequently across all levels of Pratt & Whitney and Vendor/Supplier Network Leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment while taking initiative to resolve challenges and further develop the supply chain playbook in the aftermarket supply chain space.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in purchasing, operations, sales or supply chain management or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience in purchasing, operations, sales or supply chain management</p> </li><li> <p>Contract negotiation/LTA development/execution</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with Microsoft Office and related programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications We Prefer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>They will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to meet the rigorous interaction between our Pratt & Whitney discipline leaders, Engine partners and our network of repair suppliers.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience fostering positive working relationships while maintaining customer and organizational priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience supporting business strategy development</p> </li><li> <p>familiarity with NGPF engines and parts</p> </li><li> <p>Engineering or technical background</p> </li></ul> <p>Learn More and Apply:</p> <p>What is my role type? For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.</p> <p>The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
