This mission is threaded in all that we do - in designing modern and relaxing homes for our residents, in creating community within our residences and in our cities, and in creating an employee culture that motivates us to serve our customers in innovative and extraordinary ways.</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Community Business Manager and Maintenance Supervisors with assigned tasks which may include training, special projects and quality assurance </li><li>Ensure maintenance coworkers are using personal protective equipment and following safety protocols. All concerns must be corrected and reported to management </li><li>Initiate inventory tracking to determine when parts are used and when ordering is warranted </li><li>May be responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive and emergency maintenance, including snow removal </li><li>Engages in ground maintenance activities such as parking lot maintenance, exterior building maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, landscaping, removing/spraying weeds, and raking/disposing of lawn refuse </li><li>May engage in painting, carpentry, and flooring repair </li><li>Responsible for pool maintenance and cleaning which may include the use of a pressure washer with acid </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment </li><li>Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations </li></ul> <p>Life is Better Here:</p> <ul> <li>Live Well, Work Well: Starting at $33.00 per hour with a competitive on call and snow removal pay differential.
