This role requires hands-on experience in .NET and JavaScript, strong debugging abilities, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.</p> <p>To be successful in this role you must have a solid software engineering foundation, the ability to dive deep into source code, and a drive to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. This role acts as a bridge between support teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Triage, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from internal teams. </li><li>Review and debug application code (primarily .NET and JavaScript) to identify root causes of defects. </li><li>Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate, fix, and verify issues in the codebase. </li><li>Analyze logs, database records, and monitoring alerts to diagnose system behavior and performance issues. </li><li>Maintain and update internal knowledge bases with resolution steps and preventative recommendations. </li><li>Develop scripts, utilities, or internal tools to streamline investigation and resolution workflows. </li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and bug triage discussions. </li><li>Provide detailed feedback to developers and QA to ensure recurring issues are addressed systematically. </li><li>Support code deployments by validating fixes in lower environments and assisting with post-release validation. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and 3+ years of experience in a software support, development, or application engineering role or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript, including debugging and troubleshooting production issues. </li><li>Experience querying relational databases using SQL. </li><li>Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and code review practices. </li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. </li><li>Prior experience in a healthcare technology environment is a plus. </li><li>Microsoft .NET Certification or related credentials are a plus </li><li>AWS Certification are a plus </li></ul> <p>DESIRED ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with an ability to understand full-stack application behavior. </li><li>Proficiency in reading and debugging .NET (C#) backend services and JavaScript/React front-end applications. </li><li>Understanding of web application frameworks and RESTful APIs. </li><li>Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously. </li><li>Familiarity with application monitoring and logging tools (e.g., new relic, cloudwatch). </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000/yr</p> <p>The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.</p> <p>We are accepting applications for this position until a candidate has been selected.
