<p>Two key elements of Formica's strategy are to balance geographic presence (participation) and capture our fair share of value in the value chain. Formica sees significant potential for both elements in the Southeastern Region of the USA (Old South sub-region - South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee focused). The Old South sub-region has unique characteristics that compel a focused approach to development.</p> <p>The Sales Representative - Southeastern Region is a strategic and results-oriented sales leader focused on recognizing potential in sub-regions/markets/channels, verifying the business opportunity, and leading the framing and prioritization of actions for execution. With a view to both commercial and residential segments, the BDM will focus on driving growth and penetration in the Southeastern Region vertical for both laminate products and value-added solutions. The BDM will have a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies. The Sales Representative will work closely with regional, area and corporate leadership to build market share and achieve sales targets, leveraging data from internal systems to map and understand opportunities. Based in the assigned territory.
