Our team is ever-growing, dedication is valued, potential is recognized, and ethical leadership is celebrated.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Direct and lead funeral home and cemetery operations </li><li>Drive growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume growth and achieves revenue goals </li><li>Lead and manage employees through the embodiment of the companys core values, mission and goals of the organization </li><li>Event planning such as holiday events, state memorial days, and visits to community places (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with an understanding of both sales and operations management </li><li>Business acumen and problem-solving/analysis experience </li><li>Leadership and management experience coaching, developing, and leading a team </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>We are an equal-opportunity employer.
