You'll design and maintain automation for iOS, Android, and web while promoting a "whole team quality" mindset - where everyone from developers to designers plays a part in ensuring a world-class guest experience.</p> <p>If you're passionate about clean code, collaboration, and crafting technology that runs as smoothly as a well-edited film, this role was made for you.</p> <p>What will you be doing?</p> <p>As a member of Regal's Technology cast, you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Lead initiatives that embed quality thinking across teams and throughout the development lifecycle. </li><li>Coach and collaborate with developers and QA peers on testing best practices, TDD, BDD, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Participate in design and code reviews, influencing testability and maintainability from the start. </li><li>Build and maintain automated test suites for mobile (XCUITest, Espresso) and web (Playwright) platforms. </li><li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable feedback loops. </li><li>Perform both automated and exploratory testing to validate functionality, performance, and security. </li><li>Track key quality metrics like automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness. </li><li>Stay ahead of new frameworks, CI/CD tools, and agile practices to keep Regal's quality program cutting-edge. </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <p>You'll shine in this role if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for mentoring and influencing peers. </li><li>7+ years of software quality engineering experience, with strong automation skills. </li><li>A strong grasp of agile practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) and modern development pipelines. </li><li>Expertise in Playwright and at least one native mobile automation framework (XCUITest, Espresso, or UIAutomator). </li><li>Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, or Java. </li><li>(Bonus Features) Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or device farms - plus knowledge of accessibility, performance, or security testing. </li></ul> <p>You'll be a great fit if our values resonate with you:</p> <p>We Create.
