<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Psychologist performs assigned diagnostic and behavior intake evaluations to triage children for evaluations and services. Completes diagnostic evaluations according to accepted clinical practices and agency policies; participates in post-conference sessions, family conferences, and follow-up procedures; prepares all written documentation; tracks evaluation process; performs liaison activities with families, involved agencies, and professionals; writes team summaries; Provides developmentally appropriate recommendations for services and follow-up.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS Psychologist license required by time of appointment.
