Your performance directly impacts service reliability, public safety, and operational success.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks </li><li>Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations </li><li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns </li><li>Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues </li><li>Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted) </li><li>Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience </li><li>Experience operating front-load, side-load, and/or roll-off equipment </li><li>Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic </li><li>Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays </li></ul> <p>Pay & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay </li><li>55+ hours per week is common, with consistent overtime </li><li>Early morning start times </li><li>Monday through Saturday schedules </li><li>Overtime is a regular and expected part of this role </li></ul>
