Our primary goal is to integrate teaching, research, and service through community engagement. Additionally, we want all students to engage in multiple experiential learning opportunities, for faculty to develop scholarship with a community focus, and for our community to work with us to address their most pressing needs.</p> <p>Position Profile</p> <p>This is an entry level position whose incumbents perform a variety of basic operational duties of a unit or program or provide support in the performance of more complex duties assigned to employees of a higher grade. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with coordinating programs, managing communications and supporting partnerships that advance CCESR.</p> <p>Evening and weekend work may be required.</p> <p>Applicant Evaluative Criteria</p> <p>Applicant profiles and supplementary materials will be evaluated for appointment based on the following:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.</p> <p>Experience and Training:</p> <p>Two (2) years of professional experience in the performance of entry level duties in the following areas: Legislative Office, City/Town Hall, Cultural Center, Community Based Organization</p> <p>Note: Graduate Intern and/or Graduate Assistant experience in the area of study and/or practice of the designated unit and/or program shall be prorated as appropriate.</p> <p>Substitution Allowed: Successful completion of an approved Administrative Faculty Trainee program shall substitute for minimal qualifications.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a Social Sciences disciplinary </li><li>Experience conducting outreach, surveys, referrals </li><li>Experience collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports </li><li>Experience with record keeping </li><li>Experience working with civic organizations </li><li>Experience with public speaking </li></ul> <p>To Apply</p> <p>To begin the application process, select the "Apply" button and electronically submit the following documents by June 15, 2025.</p> <ul> <li>Letter of interest addressing the qualifications for this position. </li><li>Current Résumé </li><li>Names of three current professional references with title, email addresses and telephone numbers. </li></ul> <p>Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
