In this role, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience for our health center residents by preparing and serving meals that match their individualized dietary needs.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare simple desserts and salads with care. </li><li>Serve meals in the health center with a friendly, attentive approach. </li><li>Set up dining room tables before mealtimes and clear/refresh them afterward. </li><li>Delivers hot and cold foods and non-food items to residents at the health center to support a smooth meal service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of six months' experience in nursing home food service preferred. </li><li>Fundamental working knowledge of therapeutic diets, sanitation and personal hygiene. </li><li>Ability to understand, follow and perform simple arithmetic. </li><li>Ability to plan and organize work, set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and interpret specifications and standards. </li><li>Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers.
