Join the Finance and Business Management team in the Product, Experience, and Technology (PXT) organization for a dynamic and high visibility role providing finance support, analysis, data driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders to guide business decisions.</p> <p>As a Senior Associate in the PXT Finance and Business Management team, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of senior management reporting, and providing insightful data driven analysis for the Head of Tech & Product on how to increase profitability and efficiencies. You will analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and technical data as well as prepare reports, while always thinking of and devising ways to streamline and minimize cycle times through automated applications and process improvement. You will also help develop recommendations to enhance business procedures, and assist the department and other team members with special projects as needed.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain detailed financial files utilized for budget & outlook analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Provide financial reporting, analytics, and strategic guidance to Business Management partners including, but not limited to headcount, labor and vendor expense, location strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Report on and monitor key metrics, drive data quality initiatives across the product area, and help define future needs of the product area</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and track performance metrics, create presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management</p> </li><li> <p>Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets</p> </li><li> <p>Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management</p> </li><li> <p>Enhance controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible</p> </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, business management, controller or accounting</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced skills in Excel (including lookups, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets</p> </li><li> <p>Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, and capable of challenging peers</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record for executing on special projects / assignments, often with little lead time or information</p> </li><li> <p>Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis Teams</p> </li><li> <p>Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills and ability to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Relevant experience in Financial Services</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Essbase or SmartView</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Excel macros, Alteryx, and other automation tools</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.</p> <p>Final Job Grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.</p> <p>This role does not provide relocation assistance so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring.</p>
