This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role that combines people management with technical excellence, leading structural design for airborne platforms and advanced aerospace products in a company that develops world-class technologies with meaningful impact in the defense industry</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead and manage a team of mechanical designers responsible for design of installations on aerospace platforms and development of new aerospace products</p> <p>Provide professional and managerial leadership for the design team</p> <p>Guide and supervise design and development processes of aerospace structures and systems</p> <p>Provide engineering oversight and approval of structural design work</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering - Mandatory</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in structural design and aircraft modifications - Mandatory</p> <p>Experience leading a team of engineers - Advantage</p> <p>Proven experience with CAD software - CATIA 5 - Advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with civil and military aviation standards</p> <p>Ability to learn new domains independently and manage multiple tasks as required</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
