In this role, you'll oversee daily construction operations, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with plans, specifications, and schedules.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the client's primary on-site representative, providing day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities </li><li>Manage and coordinate daily work of general contractors and owner-retained contractors to maintain progress and schedule alignment </li><li>Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents </li><li>Maintain continuous communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks </li><li>Organize and maintain job sites, field offices, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation </li><li>Prepare clear, detailed daily reports capturing progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photo documentation </li><li>Support punch list execution, corrective work oversight, and project closeout activities </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of field electrical construction experience required </li><li>OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred </li><li>Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes, construction industry laws, regulations, and best practices </li><li>Knowledge of multi-prime contracts required </li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans and contract documents </li><li>Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with detailed reported experience required </li><li>Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment </li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders </li><li>Ability to travel to various job sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania up to 80% </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor high-impact construction projects that directly support client goals and community needs </li><li>Work in a hands-on, field-focused environment where your expertise drives real results </li><li>Partner with experienced professionals in a collaborative PMCM team committed to project excellence and client advocacy </li></ul> <p>Curious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
