<p>We are looking for</p> <p>The Legal Department at the Aerospace division is looking for a Law Student to join our team at the company's site in Haifa (Matam)</p> <p>You will be part of a professional and dynamic legal team that supports one of Elbit Systems' core divisions across a wide range of legal and business activities - from managing subsidiary compliance to supporting tenders and legal proceedings</p> <p>Come gain hands-on legal experience while still completing your degree,. and be part of meaningful work in a leading defense technology organization</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Assist the legal team in preparing for tenders and legal proceedings</p> <p>Manage legal requirements for the subsidiaries database - preparing reports for the Registrar of Companies, updating protocols and related documents</p> <p>Conduct legal research and draft legal documents</p> <p>Provide ongoing support to the Legal Department's daily operations</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Law student, second year or above (or end of first year)</p> <p>Corporate Law course - an advantage</p> <p>High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal</p> <p>Proficiency in MS Office applications</p> <p>Ability to work independently, strong analytical skills and fast learning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered*</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
