<p>The Parts Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the greening, engine prep and engine drop process, as well as providing directional support to personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the engine drop and greening procedures, including the extraction of fluids and preparation of vehicles for engine removal. </li><li>Direct the process of removing batteries, cutting Freon lines, and detaching catalytic converters from vehicles </li><li>Manage the removal of various small parts from the vehicle, such as headlights, taillights, doors, fenders, and hoods </li><li>Verify that no hazardous materials remain in vehicles through quality control checks. </li><li>Perform pre-checks of the production line at the start of the day using a maintenance report to ensure everything is in proper working order. This career requires experience in the automotive industry, supervising a team, as well as the ability to perform successfully in a production environment. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES: </li><li>Ability to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Knowledge of all makes and models of cars. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with management. </li><li>Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: </li><li>High school diploma or GED-equivalent. </li><li>2-3 years of automotive experience required. </li><li>Production and supervising experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>#L01</p>
