With continued expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to support accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple states.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Payroll Processor will be responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. This role requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to manage payroll data accurately in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p>This is an on-site position based in Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states </li><li>Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, commissions, and deductions </li><li>Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations </li><li>Review and audit payroll reports to identify and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Support administration of garnishments, taxes, and benefit deductions </li><li>Partner with HR and Operations to ensure accurate employee data and pay changes </li><li>Assist with payroll adjustments, offcycle payments, and final pay processing </li><li>Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Support audits and reporting requests as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of payroll processing experience </li><li>Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar HRIS/payroll systems </li><li>Required: Multistate payroll experience </li><li>Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and wage laws </li><li>High attention to detail with strong organizational skills </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion </li><li>Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A reliable, detaildriven operator who can execute payroll accurately without constant oversight </li><li>Someone comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment </li><li>A team player who can partner crossfunctionally with HR, Finance, and Operations </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>This is a fully onsite role based in Charlotte, NC </li><li>Candidates must be able to work in the office during standard business hours </li></ul>
