The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, expertise in grammar and style, and experience ensuring compliance with federal proposal requirements. This is an onsite position at our Headquarters. Remote work is not available.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Edit, proofread, and format technical and management proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance. </li><li>Ensure consistency in style, tone, terminology, and formatting across all proposal documents. </li><li>Review proposal content for grammatical errors, typos, and readability while maintaining technical accuracy. </li><li>Verify compliance with solicitation requirements, ensuring adherence to proposal instructions, evaluation criteria, and formatting guidelines. </li><li>Work closely with Technical Writers, SMEs, and the Proposal Manager to refine and enhance proposal narratives. </li><li>Assist in the development of templates, glossaries, and style guides to maintain consistency across proposals. </li><li>Support color team reviews by editing and refining content based on feedback. </li></ul>
