<p>In-Home Support - Community Living</p> <p>New Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. An In-Home Support employee will work with the individual(s) to develop skills, practice independence, and explore opportunities while providing support to the individual in their home and in the community.</p> <p>A successful In-Home Support employee will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support.
