<p>David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our Salt Lake City team. New Home Sales Consultants will operate in new home communities throughout Salt Lake County and Utah County.</p> <p>We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.</p> <p>This position offers a base salary plus commission, along with comprehensive training and a great team environment!</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals </li><li>Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction </li><li>Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business </li><li>Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and build process </li><li>Maintaining relationships with the Realtor community </li><li>Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members </li><li>Understanding the home loan process </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Valid Utah Real Estate License is required </li><li>Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years experience as a realtor or in high-end sales </li><li>A proven background in prospecting </li><li>Proven closing and negotiating skills </li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures </li><li>Great listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution </li><li>Brings energy & enthusiasm to your work </li><li>Proactive follow-up with prospective customers </li><li>Commitment to act with Integrity </li><li>Follow through with commitments </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually </li><li>Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Work Schedule Required: Ability to work Saturdays, evenings & some holidays</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" 19 times!
