<p>Kforce has a client in Fort Collins, CO that is seeking a driven and highly organized Engineering Program Manager to support the Advanced Compute Solutions group of our computer hardware R&D client. This role will be a combination of tactical program management for various programs, efficiency tool support, and overall engineering support.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Keep R&D team data structured and organized to maintain team productivity </li><li>Maintain productive working relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates </li><li>Track and report program status </li><li>Follow up with engineers on task completion </li><li>Update SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI and other productivity tools </li><li>Engage with productivity tool owners to identify and implement tool improvements </li><li>Pull part numbers and classify components </li><li>Create proto material surveys and process survey results </li><li>Coordinate purchasing, tracking, distribution, and inventory of requested materials </li><li>Support engineers with tracking component test results and bug status </li><li>Coordinate component release and documentation </li><li>Assist with other administrative tasks as needed* Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Program Management </li><li>Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps (ADO) </li><li>Exceptional communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills and will be comfortable working in cross-functional teams within a technology organization </li><li>Ability to gather and drive information across multiple individuals and groups </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a project management role within an R&D or technology hardware environment </li><li>Familiarity with computer hardware components and their classifications </li><li>Experience creating Azure DevOps (ADO) Kanban or Power BI dashboards </li></ul>
