Customers love shopping in our stores due to these exceptional interactions.</p> <p>About the role:</p> <p>As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the representative of the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our company values in every interaction. You'll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture. While your primary focus is on sales, you will also assist with limited operational tasks to ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Customer Experience (90%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer-a best in class service experience rooted in Rothy's values-consistently embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Drive personal sales and results and contribute to team goals</p> </li><li> <p>Create lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in strong clienteling practices</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service driven store culture by modeling collaborative, team focused behavior</p> </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence (10%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance</p> </li></ul> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Guided by Rothy's values and committed to fostering a welcoming, service driven environment:</p> </li><li> <p>Embrace Possibility. We're laser focused on driving results</p> </li><li> <p>18 years of age or older</p> </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous retail or customer service experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections</p> </li><li> <p>A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand/walk an entire shift</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to uphold Rothy's Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy's shoes during every shift</p> </li></ul> <p>Our benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Wellness and Commuter Programs</p> </li><li> <p>PTO and Wellbeing Time</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Discount Program</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$18.00 - $19.00 per hour</p> <p>Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <p>Base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
