In return, our company offers a respectful workplace where new ideas are celebrated, and individuals are challenged to be the best version of themselves.</p> <p>Work Week: Monday- Friday</p> <p>Seasonal: May- August ( Felxible)</p> <p>Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm</p> <p>Key Roles:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and package outdoor furniture. </li><li>Inspect products for defects. </li><li>Record production data. </li><li>Ensure the workspace remains clean. </li><li>Ability to problem solve. </li><li>Set up, adjust, and perform changeovers on machines. </li><li>Provide regular care and preventative maintenance on machines. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient with using and understanding small machine tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.) </li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments. </li><li>Willingness to learn. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Prior training or experience in assembly work is preferred but not required. </li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. </li></ul> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting.
