<p>Kforce's client, a nationally recognized law firm located in Northern NJ, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Billing /Ebilling Coordinator to join their team. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Our Finance team plays a vital role in supporting the firm's operations.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare financial reports </li><li>Review and analyze numbers </li><li>Engage in accounting & billing tasks </li><li>Interact and engage with others for training, oversight, verification, general performance of functions </li><li>Ensure the employee is productive throughout the work week* 2-3+ years of billing and/or e-billing experience in a law firm (required) </li><li>Ability to problem solve, strategize, analyze and input data, use computers, communicate, organize and file documents, type, answer and make calls, send and respond to electronic mails </li><li>To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed </li><li>Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus </li></ul> <p>Experience with:</p> <ul> <li>E-billing platforms - E-Hub or Billblast </li><li>Accounting systems - Aderant, Elite, 3E, or Surepoint </li><li>Microsoft 365 - Excel, Word </li><li>Outlook </li></ul>
