<p>Job Description</p> <p>Seeking compassionate and friendly Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide integrated behavioral health services to patients receiving care at Heart City Health.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>LCSW required. Experience (2 years or more preferred) serving clients with behavioral disorders, psychological illness, and/or substance use disorders. Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient setting required. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral disorders, psychological illness, and substance use disorders including, motivational interviewing engagement, de-escalating strategies, and knowledge and skill in the use of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). The Licensed Clinical Social Worker works as an interface for patients accessing services such as individual, peer/family counseling and support, screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services, and education.
