<p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or closely related field OR equivalent related work experience </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of project management experience including design document reviews, cost estimating, specification reviews and construction administration, or 10 years of field experience specific to the architectural discipline. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>10 or more years of experience in project management. </li><li>5 years of building technical experience </li><li>Facilities related project management including experience with building systems (MEP, Low voltage electrical, construction and building trades general knowledge) </li><li>Experience in all aspects of design and construction, renovation, and repairs to mid-sized commercial construction projects, preferably at airports or intermodal transportation hubs. </li><li>Experience in working with multi-building institutions or campus environments. </li></ul> <p>Licenses or Certifications:</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>NC-licensed Professional Architect (AIA) </li></ul> <p>RDU Benefits:</p> <p>At the Authority, we appreciate you and care about your health, happiness, and future.
