<p>We are AUTOKINITON</p> <p>Join a dynamic and innovative team for the leading North American supplier of Ford F-Series frames!</p> <p>JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Responsible for supervision of our E-Coat Maintenance department </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurables to support the departmental goals </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her area of responsibility </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to support production jobs </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for managing the preventive maintenance schedules </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for ensuring accountability and discipline </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of system utilization and efficiency </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Drive shift manning levels and utilization to assure compliance to budget </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Provide leadership and promote positive morale and ensure a total team concept </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mindset for the team </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Coordinate and assess required training and team building </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Complete individual work team performance reviews for probationary associates </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Track, monitor and implement required improvement activities related to business plan goals and issues </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Assist with plant activities to achieve quality, productivity and cost reduction goals </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Enter work orders and PM's into the Maintenance Tracking system </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Assure work orders are completed in an efficient and timely manner </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Communicate the overtime schedule to the work team </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Input individual associates hours into the timekeeping system </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Support plant activities towards achieving customer awards and quality registrations (ex.
