<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Quality Engineer specializing in hardware and system development processes, to join the Haifa site</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Lead quality control processes for hardware and system development projects</p> <p>Provide professional guidance to design teams throughout all development phases from a process-quality perspective</p> <p>Adapt and implement quality engineering processes, including clarification of regulatory requirements (such as AS9100 and DO-254 standards)</p> <p>Serve as a professional focal point, identifying opportunities for cross-organizational improvement, participating in and supporting failure analyses</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Academic degree in Electronics Engineering</p> <p>Professional Experience:</p> <p>Proven experience in hardware/system development</p> <p>Experience in aerospace systems development processes - Advantage</p> <p>Proven experience in quality assurance processes and in-depth knowledge of relevant standards</p> <p>System-level understanding, dynamic personality, and excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>High-level English (speaking, reading, and writing) - Mandatory</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
