<p>Job Description</p> <p>Wentworth Institute of Technology is seeking applicants interested in joining the Wentworth community as a Co-op & Career?Adjunct</p> <p>Wentworth is committed to providing an experiential education that puts students on the path to a rewarding career. The Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development (Co-ops & Careers) supports this commitment by connecting students with the co-ops and jobs that reflect their interests and skills. Co-ops & Careers offers a range of programs, tools, and services for undergraduate students seeking cooperative education (co-op) experiences, graduating students and alumni seeking career guidance, and employers who rely on Wentworth to recruit co-ops and full-time employees.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities vary depending on department needs, and may include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Managing career education courses such as Introduction to Cooperative Education</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring student progress, reading and grading assignments</p> </li><li> <p>Learning/Using Brightspace to provide feedback and awarding grade</p> </li><li> <p>Reading Discussion Board posts, providing feedback and awarding grade</p> </li><li> <p>Sending communication to students missing assignments to get them on-track</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting with students who may need additional support in the course</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible, position that can be performed in a hybrid environment.
