<p>Staffmark is seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Drivers for a top-tier distribution center in Plainfield, IN. If you're reliable, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hour</p> <p>Shifts Available:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM </li><li>Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM </li></ul> <p>As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient loading and unloading of shipments, as well as processing orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role plays a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate forklifts and other MHE to load/unload inbound and outbound shipments </li><li>Pick, scan, and label pallets accurately using RF technology </li><li>Replenish picking areas and retrieve product as needed </li><li>Follow safety procedures to prevent damage to products or equipment </li><li>Report inventory discrepancies and maintain documentation </li><li>Keep work area clean, safe, and organized </li><li>Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines </li><li>Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and complete required C2C training </li><li>Maintain professional appearance and workplace cleanliness </li><li>May receive Hazmat training (general awareness, security, safety, etc.) </li><li>Perform other warehouse duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred </li><li>At least 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Dock Stocker) </li><li>Ability to obtain forklift certification </li><li>Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks </li><li>Basic reading and math skills for interpreting documents </li><li>Must wear safety shoes and vest </li><li>Must be able to work independently and follow instruction </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
