<p>Job Summary: Final Assembly technicians are experts in the installation of hardware and electronics on all our guitar models. They have a complete understanding of how our guitars are assembled according to our internal specifications. They also have a thorough understanding of signal flow as it pertains to a variety of vintage and modern pickup configurations.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>The installation of guitar hardware and electronics. </li><li>Ensuring that each guitar is built according to the correct internal design specifications. </li><li>Monitoring the flow of guitars, parts, and other materials throughout the department and facility. </li><li>Cleaning fully built guitars such that they are pristine and free of any residue or cosmetic blemishes. </li><li>Packing completed guitars and transferring them into the distribution center. </li><li>Maintaining a safe and clean workspace consistent with our 5S standards. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with hand, power, or pneumatic tools. </li><li>Previous experience working on guitars greatly preferred. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Teamwork and project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team. </li><li>Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan. </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand for all day and lift up to 30lbs frequently. </li></ul> <p>The company's Job Descriptions are not intended to be a complete detailed account of all expected/anticipated activities.
