As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.</p> <p>The value for our clients and our people: For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.</p> <p>For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed process requirements and use cases. </li><li>Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms to help refine processes over time. </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. </li><li>Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. </li><li>Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and ensure clarity. </li><li>Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful adoption of new processes. </li><li>Leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA PMMO and SAP S/4HANA Project Systems to deliver high-quality solutions. </li><li>Design and implement GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) / PMMO solutions for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to design grouping strategies as part of the GPD/PMMO solution for an Aerospace and Defense company. </li><li>Ensure the GPD/PMMO function automates inventory processes where parts and their associated costs move between contracts. </li><li>Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive key decisions. </li><li>Knowledge of SAP for Aerospace & Defense is advantageous. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Houston, TX.</p> <p>Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PMMO and SAP S/4HANA Project Systems. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of SAP for Aerospace & Defense. </li><li>Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems with specialization in designing GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) / PMMO solutions for US-based Aerospace and Defense companies. </li><li>Detailed experience in designing grouping strategies as part of GPD/PMMO solutions for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
