<p>Job Details</p> <p>Level: Entry</p> <p>Job Location: Columbus, OH</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Education Level: High School</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Travel Percentage: Up to 50%</p> <p>Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services</p> <p>Parent Coach</p> <p>Parenting Coach</p> <p>Compensation: $41,000-42,000</p> <p>This is a community based role; home visits and going into the community is required.</p> <p>Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Two late nights until 7:00 PM (employee's choice of days)</p> <p>Flexible scheduling available to accommodate client needs Ability to adjust hours (work later some days and come in later on others)</p> <p>Working at NYAP</p> <ul> <li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Phone reimbursement </li><li>22 Days of Paid Time Off </li><li>11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Half-Day Fridays during the summer </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with the assigned Home-Based Caseworker and/or Therapist to assist in meeting the needs of the referred client(s). </li><li>Assist assigned families with time management, life skill development, transportation, child development education, home management, nutrition, child supervision, and problem solving. </li><li>Supervise visitations of children who are not living with their birth families if needed. </li><li>Advocate on behalf of the families for the successful reunification and/or prevention of out of home placement of the children living in the home. </li><li>Assist and support excellence in public relations with referral agencies, the court system, and system partners. </li><li>Work collaboratively with the NYAP team. </li><li>Complete all required paperwork per agency policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>21 years of age or older. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
