Embrace this opportunity to make an impact where precision meets excellence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform general cost accounting and other related duties. </li><li>Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and credit card account reconciliations. </li><li>Code invoices, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist closing the monthly books. </li><li>Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections. </li><li>Analyze financial performance. </li><li>Maintain general ledger and financial statement configuration for Joint Venture accounting, including vendor and customer billings. </li><li>Prepare Joint Venture financial statements and provide financial analysis of performance. </li><li>Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns. </li><li>Provide outside auditors with necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit. </li><li>Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits. </li><li>Meet processing and reporting deadlines. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of GAAP and FAR. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul>
