In this role, you'll be a key player in the surgical team, working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary function will be making sure everything in the OR runs smoothly-from prepping instruments and equipment to keeping things sterile and safe during procedures. You'll use your knowledge of anatomy, surgical tools, and techniques to support our surgeons and help ensure the best outcomes for our patients. You'll be supervised by a manager or RN, but your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in keeping the OR safe, efficient, and ready for anything.
