You will work with design, engineering, and research teams to help shape the future of how video meetings should look and feel.</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with design, engineering, and user research teams to define and refine the Beam core meeting experience. </li><li>Create experiments to test various design system treatments and interactions. </li><li>Re-imagine video meetings in 3D, thinking through new features and capabilities to enhance the meeting experience. </li><li>Explore techniques to support connection and collaboration between Beam meeting participants. </li></ul>
