<p>Position Summary Position: Learning Manager Location: Wiregrass Ranch Hospital - Orlando Health 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL Be Part of Something New. Orlando Health is excited to open the brand-new Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in 2026, and we are seeking a dynamic Learning Manager to lead our clinical learning department. If you're passionate about innovation in education, developing high-impact programs, and advancing professional growth in healthcare, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference from day one. As the Learning Manager, you will lead a team of interdisciplinary professional development practitioners and play a critical role in cultivating a culture of learning, safety, and clinical excellence. You'll integrate adult learning principles, evidence-based practice, and technology to support orientation, onboarding, continuing education, and clinical competency across disciplines. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Drive strategic planning for workforce development and retention. Partner with operational leaders to identify and implement high-impact learning programs. Oversee continuing education across nursing, allied health, and physician teams. Manage academic collaborations and transition-to-practice programs. Lead simulation-based education and maintain accreditation standards. Develop and evaluate corporate onboarding and orientation processes. Advance education strategies aligned with quality improvement initiatives. Lead a team of educators, promoting a supportive and growth-focused environment. Oversee department operations, performance, budgeting, and HR functions. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in nursing, education, health services administration, or a health related field. Active Florida state license (Nursing or applicable healthcare field). National specialty certification. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Minimum 2 years in education roles. At least 1 year of healthcare experience. Preferred: Strong program development and independent project leadership. Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
