You'll support children's communication, language, and feeding development through individualized therapy delivered in their natural home environment.</p> <ul> <li>$5,000 Sign on Bonus </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit </li><li>Start of Care Visits (SOC): Up to $120.00 per SOC </li><li>Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week </li><li>Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans </li><li>Deliver therapy for speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and swallowing </li><li>Educate families and caregivers to promote therapy carryover at home </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health guidelines </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care </li></ul>
